WORK TASKS Your clients may include both older and younger people with disabilities. Depending on where you work, your workplace may be in the user's own home, assisted living, short-term/leisure or a group home. Examples of tasks include supporting the user in their daily life, leisure time and care tasks. Tasks in the Staff Pool are standard tasks that occur in health and social care. Scheduled working hours (day, evening and weekend or night). Working in the Staff Pool requires a higher degree of flexibility, for which you will be compensated through a salary supplement. QUALIFICATIONS You must be at least 18 years old and it is an advantage if you have an educational background from the nursing program or equivalent, or if you have worked in healthcare before. For service as a care assistant, appropriate higher education is requested. It would be an advantage if you have knowledge and experience of medication management and have had medication authorization. As a person, we want you to be flexible, sensitive to the needs of others, careful, service-oriented, solution-focused and have a good attitude. You will also be able to work well with your manager, colleagues and other professionals, and you will be able to work both independently and in a team. During your shift, you have the ultimate responsibility for ensuring that users receive safe and secure care. A good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written. If you are considered for employment, you will be offered an introduction. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. A B driving license is an advantage.
