At the social administration in Boden, we have the advantages of a small municipality with proximity to colleagues, managers and other professionals in the Individual and Family Care activities, external partners and tasks that contribute with breadth and a holistic approach. Our team organization (Individual and Family Care) consists of a reception team and two authority teams focusing on individuals and families, respectively, as well as a team consisting of a combined outpatient care; Team Support.

Normal working hours are between 07:45-17:00, except for the period May to September when summer time agreements mean that the working day ends at 16:00. Some work may take place outside working hours.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Stöd is the individual and family care's overall open care consisting of several different activities. The team consists of therapists specializing in children, young people, adults, treatment assistants / field workers and some other external activities. This position will support the individual and family care regarding housing issues.
As a housing coordinator, you will handle both administrative and practical tasks related to housing issues and social contracts. The work includes, among other things, writing contracts, planning practical measures around housing, as well as issues regarding moving, cleaning and sanitation. You also have a responsibility for collaboration with property owners and landlords and for eviction prevention work, as well as providing practical support to the apartment owner.
QUALIFICATIONS
Social educator or other equivalent education deemed appropriate by the employer. Experience of eviction prevention work is an advantage. We attach great importance to personal suitability, the position requires a high degree of flexibility and ability to collaborate.
Driving license is required.
