DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Human Resources Coordinator has an employer role and is responsible for the daily staff planning and recruitment. Your main tasks are to be responsible for long-term and short-term recruitment. The work also involves attending recruitment fairs, outreach activities, interviews, etc. It also involves daily contact and collaboration with heads of unit, staff coordinators focusing on scheduling, basic staff and other activities within the municipality.
Personnel coordinators work in the Personec, Winlas and TimeCare systems.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you with experience in municipal or regional operations. You have at least upper secondary education. A post-secondary education that the employer considers appropriate is an advantage. It is an advantage if you have worked with personnel planning systems, such as Time Care. Experience in recruitment and personnel issues is highly meritorious.
As the work requires interaction with other functions, you will need to be able to adapt easily to changing circumstances and be calm and stable in stressful situations. Computer literacy is a requirement. You should be positive and enjoy working with people. Be outgoing, have good communication skills and the ability to handle several different tasks in parallel. You must have the ambition to contribute with a high level of service.
Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
B-driving license is an advantage.
