JOB DESCRIPTION As part of the IHR team in Home Health Care, you will be responsible for home-based rehabilitation on behalf of licensed professionals. You will work in a team consisting of an IHR, an occupational therapist, and a physical therapist in home healthcare, but you will also collaborate with nursing staff, the unit manager, nurses, and social workers. You will contribute your specific expertise to increase the individual’s independence and participation in daily activities. We visit patients who require rehabilitation in their home environment. Our goal is for the patient to be able to utilize their own abilities in daily activities based on their circumstances and needs. Working hours are daytime, Monday through Friday. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in exercise and rehabilitation, preferably with experience. You should be driven and motivated by working with people, both older and younger.  Experience working in healthcare is a plus. As a person, you are confident and have a friendly demeanor. You are good at organizing your work and driving your own processes forward. You are interested in collaborating with the teams to help develop rehabilitation in community-based care. You find it easy to build and maintain relationships and are both capable of and enjoy working independently as well as in a team. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. A Class B driver’s license is required. Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 11 days – 3 months, start date: Selection and recruitment will take place in August.
