We are now looking for a labor market consultant with a clearly outgoing role, where your main task will be to create and develop collaborations with employers and find work-related places for our participants. About the assignment We are looking for you who have a strong commitment to people, labor market issues and social benefit. You have a good ability to build relationships with colleagues, other workplaces, authorities and other actors and see the team around the individual as crucial to success. In this role, you will be an important link between the individual's conditions and the workplace's opportunities. You work actively and outreach to broaden the JobbCenter network. You interact with companies, municipal activities, associations and other employers, identifying needs and building relationships that can create paths forward for people who are outside the labor market. Together with colleagues, you work to ensure that the match between the participant and the workplace is sustainable and developing. You provide employers with support before, during and after placements and contribute to effective cooperation. You need to be comfortable taking initiative, building trust and turning contacts into concrete opportunities. To succeed in the role, you need to be persistent, as the work sometimes involves many contacts before a suitable placement can be designed. As a complement to the basic assignment, you will also support individuals in need of work-oriented efforts, guidance and activities to move towards self-sufficiency. In collaboration with other actors, you create individualized paths towards work, studies or other sustainable steps forward. You need to be able to work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented way even when the way forward is not obvious. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have - Completed university degree in, for example - Behavioral Science, Human Resources and Working Life, Social Work, Labor Market, Rehabilitation or other education that the employer considers relevant. - Good ability to express yourself in Swedish in speech and writing. - Good digital skills and ability to document your work. - B driving license. It is an advantage if you have experience of - Experience of working with employer contacts, matching, recruitment, sales, business services or labor market initiatives. - Working with people who are somewhat removed from the labor market, have income support, illness, disability, harmful use, crime, language barriers or other support needs. - Coordinating efforts between individuals, authorities, internal activities and employers. - Work in municipal labor market activities. - Motivational interviewing, Supported Employment, solution-focused approach or similar methods.
