Garnis short-term housing receives patients who for a period need extra support to cope with everyday life with a focus on living in their home. It can be about readjustment before going home after hospitalization, need for palliative care, relief for relatives or alternating care. With us, each individual receives safe and professional care. As a physiotherapist, there is also the opportunity to contribute to other parts of the Elderly Center's activities, such as the Senior Square and day activities, which provides a varied and stimulating work content. WORK TASKS As a physiotherapist with us, you work daily close to the patients and in teams with other professionals at the short-term care home. Before the patients go home, you collaborate with the home care rehabilitation unit. Your duties include: - Assessments of activity and functional capacity - Prescription and fitting of assistive devices - Planning and implementation of individualized rehabilitation - Supervision, instruction and training of staff - Carrying out home visits to assess the home environment and assistive technology needs - Daily and active participation in teamwork and care planning Here you will have the opportunity to use all your skills as a physiotherapist and contribute to creating security, independence and quality of life for our patients.
