Then you can read more here: WORK DUTIES The role of Administrative Manager IT is an important role for the municipality's management and development of the technical platform in the municipality. You will be responsible for a number of administrative objects in the municipality's technical platform. As administrative manager IT, you work to review and improve system support, processes, documentation, routines and instructions linked to the municipality's administrative objects. The administrative manager IT also participates as technical support in the IT unit's team regarding questions about the municipality's administrative objects. As administrative manager IT, you also have daily contact with the municipality's suppliers of operational services. You will lead and participate in various types of projects, risk analyses, procurements, feasibility studies and workshops. You also participate in various collaboration forums with both internal and external actors. You will work with continuous improvements, primarily linked to the administrative objects the unit is responsible for and also participate in the IT unit's business planning to drive the unit's processes forward towards the business's goals. To help you, there are competent employees in your own unit as well as a professional operation supplier who works with support, administration and operation of the municipality's IT infrastructure. QUALIFICATIONS The administrative manager IT has relevant academic education or equivalent knowledge acquired in other ways. Corresponding knowledge means, for example, university of applied sciences, courses and certifications or documented experience, preferably from the public sector, in the field. You advantageously have a background with a broad technical competence linked to the operation and management of IT infrastructure in larger organizations and are used to handling the challenges it entails around exvis. workplace operation, network, security, server operation, cloud services, identity management, etc. You have good organizational skills and a structured way of working. You are methodical, can take responsibility for your own everyday life and can work independently. You are service-oriented, have good cooperation skills and care about creating and maintaining good relationships. Otherwise, good knowledge of Swedish and English is also required. You should also have a class B driver's license.
