The administration is also responsible for the Cultural School and the food supply, and performs tasks for the medical and psychological part of student health in municipal preschool class, compulsory school, adapted compulsory school, upper secondary school and adapted upper secondary school. We are now looking for an administrative strategist for the Employment and Education Administration who wants to contribute to the development of an organization that makes a difference for people every day. JOB DESCRIPTION As a management strategist with us, you will be a key person in our strategic work. You will lead the administration's processes for operational management, review and target monitoring. The role also means that you carry out qualified investigations, for example on strategic business and premises planning, as well as analyzing financial and personnel conditions for running operations. You will also handle motions and audit reviews. You are responsible for producing decision-making documents that enable the political and administrative leadership to make informed decisions. The role requires good project design skills, data collection, statistical analysis, report writing and decision communication. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for candidates with an academic degree in social sciences, preferably in political science, law, economics or other academic degree combined with work experience deemed relevant by the employer. You have several years of experience in advanced investigation and analysis work. It would be an advantage if you have experience of working in municipal operations with development, planning and follow-up work. You express yourself well in speech and writing and can present complex issues in a clear and structured way. Your personal qualities As a person, you are structured and analytical with the ability to see the big picture and find solutions to complex issues. You are communicative and collaborative, confident in your role as rapporteur and used to initiating and leading projects.
