This is a full-time position in these two areas of activity, divided into 50% within each activity. You will organizationally belong to the Individual and Family Care WORK TASKS You will work as a mobile support person with people who are in need of interventions in the form of psychosocial support. This means supporting people in their everyday lives with structure, meaningful activities and support to stay drug-free. An important part of the work is to motivate people to employment/work. Individual and family care You are part of our joint outpatient care Team Support and your closest colleagues are the two people who work in our mobile support team (MIST) The target group has complex problems, for example in the form of addiction problems / mental illness. You will have close contact with AML and social workers, work motivating and be a support in introduction and during ongoing employment. The target group that needs support may change depending on the needs of the business. Accommodation and support You will work in close collaboration with residential staff. The work is based on a relationship-building perspective. You become a "helper" to the person and work side by side with the user based on their needs and wishes. Together with the accommodation, you work to motivate the user to receive the support and efforts required to achieve a more functional life situation. You will also act as a mentor/supervisor for residential staff within the organization in matters relating to approaches to people with complex problems. QUALIFICATIONS Upper secondary education, meritorious with post-secondary education in psychiatry, disabilities, addiction problems. Several years' experience of working with people with addiction problems and mental illness is required. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
