The job involves providing linguistic and subject support to students studying in health and social care. You will tutor students in their native language in combination with Swedish, with a focus on strengthening the understanding of the content of the education and helping students to achieve their goals. The groups of students are small and the guidance is designed based on the students' individual needs and prior knowledge. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a good knowledge of one or more of the following languages: Dari, Tigrinya or Somali. It is an advantage if you have training and experience of working in health and social care, as the supervision takes place within a health education program. The work in adult education requires flexibility but at the same time provides great opportunities to influence how the assignment is carried out. We believe that you are a person who sees opportunities in each student and who, with sensitivity, dialogue and adapted support, can contribute to the students' development.
