DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The mission includes: - Be the first point of contact when visiting the municipality - Provide good service in the form of information, advice and guidance via telephone calls or visits - Receiving fault reports and comments on municipal services - Collaborate with the administrations to provide the best possible service and knowledge exchange - Log calls and cases in the case management system and report back to the administrations - Manage some internal services. The work consists of answering the telephone for the most part. QUALIFICATIONS For this role we are looking for you who have: - Completed secondary education of at least three years. - Experience of working with various IT systems and the ability to operate a computer and telephone in parallel. - Experience of searching for information on the internet and of working in various digital channels. - Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is meritorious if you: - Have experience from similar service jobs that included customer meetings. As a person, we are looking for you who have a service-oriented approach and who always put the customer's / citizen's needs at the center. You have good collaboration skills and thrive in an organization where development and change are a natural part of everyday life. Furthermore, you are flexible and have a good ability to prioritize. Working hours are during the day 07.45-16.00 (Mon-Fri, no public holidays) The introduction takes place v. 21- v.24, there is some flexibility in which days and times the introduction takes place if needed.
