We are now looking for a dedicated and reliable substitute for a night shift in a child’s home. About the position As a night staff member, you will stay awake overnight in the home of a child who needs supervision and monitoring during the night. Your task is to provide a sense of security by monitoring the child and the medical equipment used. The work is carried out in close collaboration with the child’s family and in a calm home environment. If necessary, you may also work as a night watch for other individuals or spend the occasional night on the home care service’s night patrol. QUALIFICATIONS Who are you? We are looking for someone who is empathetic, responsible, and treats others with respect. You feel comfortable working independently and understand that the workplace is someone’s private home.
