Our home care service centers on the individual’s needs and focuses on the client. Working in home care involves a variety of tasks where you assist people in their own homes, as well as in outdoor settings. Common tasks include preparing meals, helping with dressing and undressing, and assisting with personal hygiene. Accompanying clients on outings or walks, providing respite care, and performing other support services are also part of your responsibilities. After working for a while, you may be assigned medical tasks, which will be delegated by medically responsible staff following completion of internal training and once you feel ready. You’ll receive hands-on training to help you feel confident in your upcoming responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for candidates who are interested in working with people, are committed to providing excellent care, and are eager to learn and grow in their work. It is advantageous if you are a certified nursing assistant, have other healthcare training, or have experience working in the healthcare field. You should be proficient in spoken, written, and reading comprehension of Swedish, as the role involves interacting with clients and their families, maintaining documentation, and reviewing work-related information. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. A Class B driver’s license is required. Employment Type: Permanent position. Duration: Indefinite.
