The tasks are varied and include teamwork, cognitive assessments, rehabilitation, ADL, activity assessments, prescribing, fitting of assistive devices, supervision and training for nursing staff. As a short-term occupational therapist, you will have the opportunity to meet patients from a variety of backgrounds, ranging from cognitive difficulties to physical limitations, and carry out a wide range of occupational therapy interventions.
