In the Housing and Support division, your clients may include both older and younger people with disabilities. Depending on where you work, your workplace could be at a group home, assisted living facility, short-term/recreational facility, or in the client’s own home. Examples of job duties include supporting clients in their daily lives and leisure activities, as well as providing care and assistance. Our work schedules may vary and can include, for example, day, evening, and weekend shifts, night shifts, or on-call duty. In your application, please indicate your preferred work schedule. QUALIFICATIONS You must be at least 18 years old, and it is advantageous if you have an educational background in the Nursing Program or equivalent, or if you have previous experience working in healthcare. Knowledge and experience with medication management and prior experience with medication distribution are a plus. You must also have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Experience with documentation is also a plus.  As a person, we’re looking for someone who is flexible, attentive to others’ needs, meticulous, service-oriented, solution-focused, and has a positive demeanor. You also collaborate easily with your supervisor, colleagues, and other professional staff, and you can work just as effectively independently as in a team. During your shift, you will have ultimate responsibility for ensuring that residents receive safe and secure care. We place great emphasis on personal suitability, and if you are selected for the position, you will be offered an orientation program. A Class B driver’s license is a plus.
