We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable payroll consultant to join our team! You will belong to Boden municipality's personnel department, located within the Municipal Management Administration. The role of the HR department is to lead, develop and coordinate employer issues, as well as provide support to managers so that they can fulfill their employer responsibilities. The Human Resources Department shall contribute to ensuring that the operations have good conditions for achieving set goals with satisfied citizens and employees and for strengthening Boden municipality's employer brand. The HR department consists of 23 employees divided into a payroll unit and a personnel unit. WORK TASKS In addition to payroll administration, your duties also include certificate management and controls. We work in a consultative capacity with the managers in the personnel system and in their payroll issues. You will also be in contact with other authorities in your payroll work. The personnel system we use is Personec. The work requires accuracy, detailed knowledge and the ability to understand many different processes. We are actively working to develop user-friendly environments and have continuous improvement work underway. In the Payroll Unit, we are many different professions but we have a common mission, and we work closely together in our common tasks. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have: - Post-secondary education in payroll, for example a vocational college education with a focus on payroll consultant. Alternatively, you have other education in combination with work experience relevant to the position. - Previous experience of working with payroll administration. - Good IT skills. You are used to working in different systems and see the computer as your natural working tool. It is an advantage if you have: - Experience of working in the HR system Personec. - Knowledge and experience of managing different collective agreements. We are looking for a person who has an educational approach and expresses themselves well both orally and in writing. You have a strong sense of service and work in a responsible and thorough manner. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented and collaborative, while being able to drive and take responsibility for your own work with great integrity.
