The service is approx. 82%, in Boden municipality we have the right to full-time so part of the working hours can be performed at other times and places within the Social Administration. The work includes assisting him in his need for support and help in daily life. The tasks consist of supporting the user in personal care, transfers, chores in the home, leisure activities where movies are a major interest and more. The user is adequate but disabled. There are scheduled working hours - day, evening and weekend. QUALIFICATIONS. We are looking for you who have a well-developed empathy, a good understanding and respect for the disabled person's difficulties and opportunities, as well as respect for the individual's integrity and self-determination. We are looking for you who can adapt your way of being based on the person you meet and that you are calm and confident. It is an advantage if you have studied the Nursing Program or have training as a personal assistant and/or experience from the profession. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
