The Social Services Department is now seeking several assistants who want to be part of the initial phase of an assistance assignment, to build and develop a stable foundation based on the user’s needs and circumstances. The positions may vary in percentage and consist of 6 permanent positions. In Bodens Municipality, there is the option to work full-time. This means that you will complete the remaining work hours at a different time or location than your regular one.
A probationary period may apply.

JOB DUTIES
The client needs help and support with all activities as well as with all personal care. Scheduled work hours include days, evenings, weekends, and night shifts.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is interested in working with people, is empathetic, and is eager to learn to understand and work with respect for each individual’s challenges and potential.
You must have good language skills in Swedish or English.
It is advantageous if you have completed the Nursing Program or have training as a personal assistant and/or experience in healthcare and social services. A driver’s license and access to your own car are advantageous, as the workplace is located outside the city center and has limited bus service.
Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
