Read more about what we offer at www.boden.se/jobbaiboden The role of the Human Resources Department is to lead, develop and coordinate employer issues, and provide support to managers so that they can fulfill their employer responsibilities. The Human Resources Department shall contribute to the operations having good conditions for achieving set goals with satisfied citizens and employees and to strengthen Boden municipality's employer brand. The HR department consists of 23 employees divided into a payroll unit and a personnel unit. WORK TASKS Now that one of our personnel consultants is on parental leave, we want to recruit a substitute who can go in and support the Municipal Management Administration's managers. This means helping managers to fulfill their work environment, rehabilitation and labor law responsibilities and otherwise working to ensure that the municipality of Boden is an attractive employer. As a personnel consultant, you have the support of other employees in the personnel department, where there is currently solid experience of both the Municipal Management Administration and all HR processes. Examples of processes that the HR consultants support managers in are: recruitment, rehabilitation, labor law, work environment and health, negotiation, salary review and salary setting. As a HR consultant, you work closely with managers and contribute with knowledge and interpretation of laws, agreements and guidelines in the field of human resources. The tasks also include working with certain personnel administrative tasks. Improvement work in the personnel processes is a continuous work both within specific administration but also municipality-wide. QUALIFICATIONS For this role we are looking for you who primarily have: - Academic education in the HR/personnel field - Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing - Good knowledge of MS office We also welcome those who are at the beginning of their career to apply. Perhaps you will graduate in the spring and want to take the opportunity to try a broad HR role that gives you insight into several areas of HR and personnel issues. It is an advantage if you have: - A few years of experience working in HR As a person, we are looking for you who can easily adopt new ways of working, digital tools and systems. Your role involves independent work and this means that you need to have initiative, be able to plan and prioritize. Your role also involves collaborating with others, which means you need to be able to build trusting relationships and contribute with your expertise. You see opportunities and dare to try new things. About the position: The position is a temporary position during an ongoing parental leave. The plan is that you start the introduction and hourly employment during April-May and then enter the temporary position from mid-August.
