The Human Resources Department is a centralized function with 24 employees divided into a payroll unit and a personnel unit. The HR unit consists of 11 staff members, 6 HR consultants, 4 strategists with different specializations and a personnel officer. The role of the Human Resources Unit is to manage, develop and coordinate employer issues, and to support managers in fulfilling their employer responsibilities. The HR department shall contribute to ensuring that the operations have the best conditions for achieving set goals with satisfied citizens and employees and for strengthening Boden municipality's employer brand.

JOB DESCRIPTION.
This fall, one of our personnel consultants is going on parental leave and we are therefore looking for a substitute who can support the managers in the Labor Market and Education Administration. This means helping the managers so that they can best fulfill their work environment, rehabilitation and labor law responsibilities and otherwise work to ensure that Boden municipality is an attractive employer. As a personnel consultant, you will be supported by other employees in the personnel department, where there is solid experience of all HR processes. In your assignment as a personnel consultant for the Employment and Education Administration, you work together with an experienced personnel consultant.
Examples of processes that HR consultants support managers in are: recruitment, rehabilitation, labor law, work environment and health, negotiation, salary review and salary setting. As a personnel consultant, you work closely with managers and contribute with knowledge and interpretation of laws, agreements and guidelines in the personnel area. The tasks also include working with certain personnel administrative tasks and improvement work within the personnel processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
For this role we are looking for you who have:
- Academic training in HR/Human Resources
- Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing
- Good knowledge of MS office

- A few years of experience working in HR.
