The Competence Supply Unit works with recruitment to the Social Administration. We are looking for a personnel coordinator for a temporary position 20250730-20251031 then there is the opportunity to work hours. Perfect for those who study, for example, at a distance.
The work is scheduled Monday-Friday not red days.

WORK TASKS
The Human Resources Coordinator has an employer role and is responsible for the daily staff planning and recruitment. This involves the administration of resource allocation between different activities. It also involves daily contact and collaboration with heads of unit and basic staff.
Your main task is the recruitment of substitutes for the Social Administration. The work also involves attending recruitment fairs, outreach activities, interviews, etc.
Personnel coordinators work in the Personec, Winlas and TimeCare business systems.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you with experience in municipal or regional operations. You have at least upper secondary education.
Post-secondary education that the employer considers appropriate is an advantage.
Computer skills are a requirement! It would be an advantage if you have worked with personnel planning systems and scheduling, Time Care Pool & MA and personec. Experience in recruitment and personnel issues is highly advantageous. As the work requires interaction with other functions, you must be able to adapt easily to changing circumstances and be calm and stable in stressful situations.
You should be positive and enjoy working with people. You must be outgoing, have good communication skills and be able to handle several different tasks in parallel. You must have the ambition to contribute with a high level of service.
Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
A B driving license is an advantage.
