We are seeking a temporary licensed physical therapist for our Housing and Support department. This temporary position is to cover an extended parental leave, which is expected to last until December 31, 2027.
Working hours are daytime, Monday through Friday.

JOB DUTIES
As a physical therapist, you will work with patients from diverse backgrounds, ranging from those with cognitive challenges to those with physical limitations. You will work as part of a team with an occupational therapist and other staff members in the Housing and Support department.
The role includes standard duties for physical therapists, such as assessments, prescribing assistive devices, testing assistive devices, and providing guidance and training to staff.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a licensed physical therapist, preferably with experience, though this is not a requirement. Experience with LSS services is a plus. As a person, you are confident in your professional role and have good self-awareness. You are flexible, as needs and/or plans can change quickly.
You are good at structuring your work and driving your own processes forward. You find it easy to build and maintain relationships and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
A Class B driver’s license is required.
Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months or longer; start date: Early to mid-September or as agreed.
