WORK TASKS
As a physiotherapist in Home Care, you work closely with the occupational therapist and together you are responsible for a geographical area. The team consists of occupational therapist, physiotherapist, coordinator, Rehab assistant nurses, nursing staff, unit manager, nurse and assistance officer.
You contribute with your specific skills to increase the individual's independence and participation in everyday activities. The work includes making individual functional assessments, prescribing and monitoring assistive devices, and supervising and training nursing staff. We visit patients who need rehabilitation in their home environment. Our goal is to enable patients to use their own abilities in daily activities based on their conditions and needs.
Working hours are daytime, Monday-Friday.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist, preferably with experience but not a requirement. It is an advantage if you have experience from home care. As a person, you are confident in your professional role and have good self-awareness.
You are good at structuring your work and driving your own processes forward. You have an interest in contributing to the development of rehabilitation in ordinary housing together with the teams.
You have the ability to make and maintain contacts and enjoy working independently as well as in a team.
Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
A B driving license is a requirement.
