WORK TASKS We are looking for you to substitute as a piano teacher during a period when our regular employee is on leave. Piano lessons for children and young people individually and in groups. Leading lessons at different levels and in different genres. Actively participate in recruitment to build and maintain a stable student base. You will be responsible for communicating with your pupils and promoting good relations with them and their parents/guardians. Teaching is mainly during the day, but evening and weekend work may also be required. The position may involve participation in an orchestra, as an accompanist, but the main task is piano teaching. The stated period of employment may be extended if necessary. QUALIFICATIONS We consider it a merit that you have a music teacher's degree or other education / experience that is considered equivalent. You have good teaching skills and a clear desire to help children and young people develop through cultural practice. Are well versed in different genres and styles In your role, you should be able to spark and build on pupils' interest, and inspire and adapt teaching to each individual's unique circumstances. You are creative, responsible, flexible and well-organized, you work independently and also collaborate easily with others. You have good knowledge and experience of working with digital tools, both pedagogical and administrative. We attach great importance to personal suitability.
