The preschools in Boden municipality have 6 planning days per year when the business is closed. The current placement for this position is at Kyrkkläppens preschool. Kyrkkläppen is a brand new preschool. The preschool is centrally located with proximity to the city, nice green areas, forest and playgrounds. The preschool is built on two levels with two portals below and four portals above. The portals are located around common squares, and the preschool has a workshop, carpentry room and water play room. The premises promote interaction and cooperation between children and educators at the preschool. The outdoor environment is well planned and divided into younger and older children. Children and staff eat breakfast, lunch and snacks together in the restaurant on the ground floor. The premises have a good sound environment and are bright and fresh. The preschool has a good mix of staff; childminders and preschool teachers, with knowledge and experience. Quality and development work is led by staff together with the principal, deputy principal and preschool coordinator. Boden municipality's preschools focus in particular on three priority skills in teaching - language/communication, mathematics and social skills. You should be prepared to work with all children 1-6 years. You should be prepared to work the times the preschool is open, if necessary, work a week at summer preschool and sometimes skills development in the evening. We are looking for you who are well versed in the preschool's Curriculum and want to work to achieve increased goal achievement in a committed and positive way. The work includes planning, carrying out, following up and analyzing teaching and otherwise working with the systematic quality work. The work includes following the procedures and guidelines that exist at the preschool and in the municipality. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher and who have experience of working in a group of children. We also welcome applications from those who have ongoing studies as a preschool teacher who will soon finish their education. You are cooperative, take initiative and are solution-oriented. It is important that you see the big picture and work together with colleagues towards set goals. You will see each child according to their individual needs. Collaboration and cooperation with colleagues, the principal, deputy principal and preschool coordinator are a big part of the work. You must be flexible and confident in your professional role. You have experience of working with digital tools, which are used in systematic quality work. If you have experience of the tools TRAS, MIO and Lågaffektivt bemötande, it is an advantage.
