Together, we focus on constantly improving the business. Lunda preschool opened just over three years ago and we have now landed together. We have found ways of working that keep the preschool together, but at the same time we manage to make use of the smaller perspective and work in 3 "units", divided by age. We have a restaurant, 3 squares and our own yard for the youngest children. Our chefs prepare delicious food that we eat together with the children. In the staff room we laugh together and in the study we meet on collegial issues. It feels professional to be as many employees as we are, the collegial learning comes alive. As an employee with us, you work in projects with a common foundation for the entire preschool, but you create the teaching together with the colleagues and children you are closest to. For example, we always start the autumn term with our friends' project where we invite, among other things, to an open house, our second joint project in the coming academic year is based on the world, but which activities or groups of children end up in it differs a lot. The preschool has a co-ordinator who is generally always on site to give employees support in their work, for example at meetings with guardians, organizational issues or support in dealing with children. The pre-school belongs to the Sävast rector's area, which includes two further pre-schools, the area is led by the rector and assistant rector. It is an advantage to be a large area as we usually find solutions with a known substitute in case of absence. In the autumn, we invest in developing our knowledge in special pedagogy. Together we find solutions to become stronger together. You must be prepared to work during the preschool's opening hours and with children 1-5 years. It is a preschool with high competence and you will have colleagues who strive to develop the business together with you. Your closest colleagues will be those in your work team, 3 employees. Together you create teaching for your group of children, both with individual and joint planning time. You will also have your colleagues in the same collaboration portal and together you will become a larger work team of 9 employees who get to know each other very well, 9. You will be each other's closest working environment. In addition to that, you have all the other colleagues in the house who you meet a lot. The work colleagues with the same responsibilities as you (one per portal) you will plan with once a week. That planning can, for example, be about developing teaching in the square or outdoors, other times you plan lucia or friend runs. That's how we hold the whole together :) QUALIFICATIONS We are primarily looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher, for permanent employment. We also welcome applications from you who are currently studying to become a preschool teacher and who are trained childminders. Our starting point is that we are each other's work environment and some of the most important adults around our children, therefore you need to be positive, flexible, cooperative and solution-oriented.
