The Employment and Education Administration has overall responsibility for integration, labor market, education and employment issues that affect our municipality's residents. The administration is also responsible for the Cultural School and the food supply, and performs tasks for the medical and psychological part of student health in municipal preschool class, compulsory school, adapted compulsory school, upper secondary school and adapted upper secondary school. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES As a project coordinator with a focus on skills supply, you will be a key person in Boden's work to meet the growing needs for skills in line with the region's industrial establishments. You will be part of AUF's skills team and work closely with colleagues, partners and funders. The role includes: -coordinating project owners, partners and funders -gathering and structuring needs, developing project ideas and matching against relevant calls -participate in the writing of project applications and prepare dossiers for steering groups support project managers -have overall responsibility for monitoring the timelines and results of ongoing projects -utilize and disseminate experiences from completed projects -collaborate with the communication function and contribute to the production of information material QUALIFICATIONS Formal requirements Post-secondary education in a relevant field, e.g. social sciences, project management, creative, communication or other education deemed equivalent by the employer Experience of having worked in at least three Social Fund projects. Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish Good computer skills and experience with digital tools for documentation, follow-up and communication Meritorious Experience of writing and administering project applications to public funding bodies (e.g. ESF, Vinnova, Tillväxtverket) Experience of collaboration and building networks between municipalities, regions, business or education actors Knowledge of project methodology.
