The purpose of the project is for the municipality to gain knowledge of needs and conditions in order to subsequently take relevant and effective measures in food preparedness and in this promote local and regional food supply also from a public health perspective. The aim is to develop food security preparedness in collaboration with other actors, mainly at regional and local level. You will be offered a safe onboarding to get started as project manager! DUTIES. Your role includes being the project manager of the project. As project manager you will be responsible for: - Responsible for all project documentation such as project plan, final report and report regularly to Vinnova - Leading the project team - Collaborate with project partners, reference persons and stakeholders - Ongoing dialog with project owners - Report status to the steering group - Continuously follow the project budget With a focus on developing food security preparedness, within the project you will - Identify barriers to good local food security - Build networks and collaboration between the public sector and business in the field of food security - Conduct joint capacity building activities for public, private and civil society actors - Investigate and develop food security in sparsely populated areas QUALIFICATIONS For this role we are looking for you who have: - A university degree in a relevant subject area deemed appropriate by the employer. - Some years of experience in project management. - Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. We would like you to have experience of or a strong interest in: - Work in civil preparedness - Working with food security As a person, you are self-motivated and take initiative. You work in a structured way, planning, organizing and prioritizing your work to achieve project objectives. You have good teamwork skills and are persistent.
