The Public Works Administration consists of the following operational areas: Spatial Planning, Water, Sewerage and Waste, Streets, Parks and Forests and Real Estate, Environment and Construction. The Projects and Investment Unit manages and coordinates the administration's new and reinvestments. The Property Department is part of the Public Works Administration. The department's main task is to provide cost-effective and operationally efficient premises for municipal activities on behalf of the Community Planning Board. The department is to provide the municipal operations with service in real estate issues and coordinate the municipality's premises planning. In addition, the department offers services in the form of cleaning and janitorial services to other municipal administrations. WORK TASKS As a caretaker at Boden municipality, you work with property maintenance inside and outside the buildings, mainly schools and preschools but also in administrative buildings and offices as well as industrial buildings, etc. This role will focus on Boden Business Park. But will also be helpful in other properties when needed. As a caretaker there, you will be the face of businesses and tenants and thus the closest representative of the property department at the City Building Administration. Operational responsibility and daily maintenance - Fault reporting. Review, prioritization and allocation of daily tasks (DeDu) - Establish procedures for supervision and maintenance - Maintenance plan and Preventive Maintenance (PM) plan: Plan and coordinate continuous supervision and maintenance, both external and internal - Electrical engineering - Repairs - Property management - Maintenance of green areas - Outer cleaning - Internal cleaning including waste management - Snow clearing/sanding - Preparation and data technology finalization works - Maintenance work - Sanitary engineering - SBA - Access systems and key and tag management - Work with the help of written work orders and an eye for the needs of the buildings and the business. QUALIFICATIONS High school education and computer skills are required. Training as a caretaker and several years' experience of equivalent tasks would be an advantage. Experience of technical installation work such as electricity, pipes, ventilation and cooling is also an advantage. Driving license with B license is a requirement.
