The unit is unique in that it encompasses health promotion, prevention, remedial and strategic initiatives. We place great emphasis on wellness, health and active living. In addition to this, we have a mission in public health and also conduct various assignments and projects in the field of health. The unit has well-equipped test labs for both medical examinations and for health and performance development. At the unit, we work together in a strong team where we work interdisciplinary within our professions, such as occupational physician, occupational nurse and physiotherapist and others. WORK TASKS As a Psychologist/Behavioral Scientist, you will work with, among other things: - Supervision of individuals and groups - Group development - Conflict management and management support - Counseling and crisis support - Organizational and psychosocial work environment issues - Surveys/investigations - Part of work capacity assessments - Training courses QUALIFICATIONS The position/role will be adapted according to your educational background and work experience. We welcome applications from both psychologists and behavioral scientists. To be qualified for the position you need to have: - You are a licensed psychologist, or have other adequate behavioral science training at a minimum of bachelor's level.
