As a Psychologist/Behavioral Scientist you will, among other things, work with: - Supervision of individuals and groups - Group development - Conflict management and management support - Counseling and crisis support - Organizational and psychosocial work environment issues - Surveys/investigations - Part of work capacity assessments - Training courses QUALIFICATIONS The position/role will be adapted according to your educational background and work experience. To be qualified for the position you need to have: - You are a licensed psychologist, or have other adequate behavioral science training at a minimum of bachelor's level.
