Then you can read more here: www.boden.se/jobbaiboden Quality controller in the Social Services The social administration is currently divided into six business areas with a total of about 1000 permanent employees. We are looking for a committed and careful Quality Controller for the social services area with placement in the Individual and Family Care (IFO). In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and following up on efforts, presenting statistics and contributing to creating local knowledge that supports our work to improve the quality of life for our users and municipal residents. The position is placed under the IFO's head of operations together with other support functions for development and quality work. The support functions within IFO are a committed, happy and creative group with the aim of, among other things, improving and developing the social services mission. WORK TASKS As Quality Controller, it is your task to monitor, follow up and analyze the effects of various initiatives and development areas within the Social Services. In your work, you will collaborate with managers, other support functions and external actors to ensure areas of improvement and ensure that efforts are evidence-based and effective. You will also follow up, compile and present statistics in a clear and educational way, and report in systems and databases. Individual-based systematic follow-up (ISU) is an important tool within the knowledge-based social services. It provides you with tools to develop your activities and ensure that goals and strategies are achieved. The service has a clear development focus on the current and future needs of the organizations. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you with a relevant university degree in, for example, statistics, sociology, behavioral science, political science, economics or equivalent education that is deemed equivalent by the AG. As a person, you have good collaborative and analytical skills, good organizational skills and a genuine interest in development issues. You have experience in leading follow-ups, audits and have skills in identifying areas for improvement within organizations. You have the ability to communicate complex information in an easily understandable way and to express yourself easily in speech and writing. Important qualities include the ability to take initiative, to work independently and with a long-term perspective, and to adapt easily to new situations. As the assignment involves working with several different partners, you must have a good sense of service, be responsive and have the ability to build good relationships. Creativity and solution-oriented are also qualities that we value. The employer would like to see that you have knowledge and experience of social services, as well as knowledge of the laws that govern the activities. It is an advantage if you have previously worked with audits, follow-ups and/or quality development. You have good computer skills and good knowledge of data analysis and statistical reporting.
