Knowledge, security and good learning environments for all children and students are characteristic of our activities. Fagernäs school is a primary school with about 150 pupils from preschool class to grade 6. The school is located about 2km from the center of Boden. The school has two after-school departments, Solgården and Örtagården. We have a large and beautiful schoolyard with, among other things, a football field, climbing frame, gaga rink, rope course and swings as well as large open spaces. In winter, there is a skating rink and ski tracks as well as large snow hills to play on. In the immediate area there are natural areas suitable for excursions and outdoor activities all year round. At Fagernäs School, we are exploratory, value-creating and interactive. The activities are based on national goals and take into account the pupils' interests, experiences, conditions and needs. The mission includes supporting pupils' social and general development, broadening and deepening their knowledge and experience, and providing meaningful leisure time. Pupils also learn about democracy, influence and responsibility in practice. During the school day, you work as a resource in class. Important elements of the activities are play, movement and creative work. Fritidshemmet also collaborates with the preschool class and the school for the benefit of the student in a holistic perspective. QUALIFICATIONS We are primarily looking for you who are a trained leisure educator or resource educator, but other educations are also of interest. You are familiar with the curriculum and other governing documents. You are self-driven, responsible, have good collaboration skills and see opportunities in each child's individual development. You are able to establish and maintain professional and trusting relationships with students, parents and colleagues. You are flexible and solution-oriented, and you can easily adapt to the needs of the business. You are cheerful and positive and you find challenges interesting and stimulating.
