WORK TASKS Working with people with complex care needs regarding addiction and mental illness largely involves a relationship-building approach in close collaboration with networks and other professionals. The work is varied as you meet different people with different needs and conditions, therefore it is of great importance that you can work flexibly and structured and that you must be curious about the user you meet. As a rehabilitation worker, you will be part of our work to actively work to strengthen the individual's own resources. The support is designed based on the individual's needs and wishes and can therefore look very different. Together with the individual, you will work to create motivation for change/development and for the individual to develop their abilities to handle difficulties based on new strategies in everyday life. Being outreach and having a coaching approach based on recovery-oriented approach / MI (motivational interviewing) is part of the work to be flexible and be able to restructure the user's day based on the daily condition. Help and guide in daily routines (eg ADL) based on the user's implementation plan & to be a guide and supervisor in social interaction with other users or the community. Nursing work occurs and it is scheduled working hours QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have at least upper secondary education in the Care and Care Program or other education that the employer considers equivalent. It is an advantage if you have a degree from a 2-year post-secondary education at a folk high school or vocational college (KY / YH) with a focus on social educational work or a degree from a university with a similar focus. Previous experience of working in social psychiatry and LSS is also an advantage. We strive for a staff group with different competencies.
