The Labor Market and Education Administration has overall responsibility for integration, labor market, education, and employment issues affecting our municipality’s residents. The department is also responsible for the Culture School, school meal services, and central student health services. The role involves serving as a resource in the classroom and/or for individual students. It also includes substituting in the classroom when teachers are absent. You’ll collaborate with classroom teachers and after-school program instructors. The role involves, among other things, supporting students’ social and overall development, as well as broadening and deepening their knowledge and experiences.  This is a fixed-term position for the 2026–27 school year. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, responsible, a good team player, and who sees opportunities in each child’s individual development. You have a strong ability to build and maintain professional and trusting relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You are cheerful, friendly, positive, and flexible. You have strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
