In your work, you support students with special needs, social challenges or learning difficulties. Your goal is to create structure, help students keep up with their learning and promote a safe learning environment. The work often takes place in the classroom or in small groups or individually. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: - Have an education in child and leisure, pedagogy or other relevant education. - Have experience of working with children/students with autism or other neuropsychiatric disabilities. - Is calm, responsive and can create structure and clarity. - Is flexible, responsible and works well in a team. - Good communication skills, both written and oral. Meritorious: - Knowledge and experience in the field of low-impact behavior. - Experience of clarifying pedagogy. - Experience from primary/secondary school or adapted school.
