JOB DUTIES
We are looking for someone who wants to help create a safe, enriching, and meaningful daily life for our students and who wants to combine educational responsibility with close collaboration with students and colleagues. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on the after-school program’s activities based on the curriculum’s goals. You will actively work to promote students’ development, learning, and social skills in a safe and inclusive environment. You will collaborate closely with the school, colleagues, and guardians; mentor new staff members as needed; and contribute to a well-run program even when daily routines change rapidly. The job involves an active and varied daily routine where you participate in activities both indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions, and work with students who have different needs for support, care, and educational accommodations.
This is a fixed-term position for the 2026–27 school year.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a teaching degree in elementary education or after-school care, as well as experience and an interest in developing our programs together with colleagues.
You must be flexible, solution-oriented, and comfortable with a fast-paced, event-driven workday, as well as possess strong collaboration skills and a professional demeanor. You can plan, structure, and develop educational activities; possess digital skills and a willingness to learn new things; and recognize each student’s needs, strengths, and potential.
Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
We look forward to welcoming you!
