Would you like to work with young people and be an important adult in their daily lives?
We’re now looking for support staff at Stureskolan!
Stureskolan is a school for grades 7–9 located in central Boden with approximately 360 students. The school offers a preparatory class for newly arrived students, an adapted elementary school program, and ISB—the International School of Boden. We are organized into four teams, each with a special education teacher who also serves as the team leader. Here, skilled educators work in a strong culture of collaboration with a shared goal: for every student to reach their full potential.
We have a well-developed student wellness team consisting of the principal, assistant principals, special education teachers, a school counselor, a school nurse, a school psychologist, and an academic and career counselor. In addition, we have a safety team with two safety coordinators and several safety resources who work actively to build relationships and foster a sense of safety during breaks, in the hallways, and in our student lounge.
We offer
• meaningful work where you make a difference every day
• a dedicated and supportive team
Stureskolan’s goal is to increase student attendance and strengthen their reading and writing skills to promote higher achievement—and safety is a crucial part of that effort.
Welcome to our team!
