The Technical Department is now looking for a school transport administrator for a longer temporary position. The role combines the exercise of authority with planning and coordination. The work is varied and requires structure, responsibility and good communication skills. DUTIES The main responsibility is the processing and official decisions on school transport and student travel under the School Act. This involves planning, ordering and following up on transportation in collaboration with transport companies, as well as coordination with schools, guardians and interested parties. You are also responsible for documentation, financial administration, quality monitoring and handling of comments/appeals, and participate in development work. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you with at least an upper secondary education (preferably administrative/socially oriented) and experience of administrative, supervisory or coordinating work (preferably from public activities). You should have good computer skills, knowledge of the Office package and hold a B driving license (required for inspections). Experience of digital systems / exercise of authority is an advantage. You are structured, thorough and independent. You should be able to familiarize yourself with new regulations and make objective, legally sound decisions.
