WORK TASKS Working as a unit manager in Home Service means having a coaching leadership where you, together with your employees and licensed staff, work interprofessionally and always have the user in focus. The assignment means that you have a responsibility to ensure that users receive good care and care. You also have the work environment task, which means that you have a daily dialog with your employees to ensure that they feel good at work and have good conditions to be able to provide their users with good and safe care. Other tasks included in the assignment are to ensure that your home care group has the right staffing and a balanced budget. QUALIFICATIONS Appropriate university education that the employer considers relevant to the assignment. Experience in work management is an advantage. Characteristics required in the role of unit manager are to have an analytical ability, to be methodical and structured in their approach, as home care is a changing business.
