Team Mottagning is looking for a social secretary specializing in children and young people, as one of our colleagues has decided to retire. WORK TASKS The work consists of meeting children, young people and their parents in a first step into the social services, when information has been received about, for example, concern or that they themselves have made contact. The work at the reception also involves dealing with emergency cases, which requires a flexible approach with colleagues and the manager close by as a sounding board in your everyday life. Motivational work and collaboration with other colleagues and partners are also a large part of the work tasks. It is a varied, sometimes challenging but always meaningful job. You will receive close support from colleagues and the team leader in your daily work. You will have external case and process guidance, regular professional meetings with a focus on development. As a new employee, you will receive an induction plan tailored to your needs, which aims to give you a safe introduction to the workplace and the tools you need in your daily work.
