The Individual and Family Care in Boden has an organization that aims to work with multi-competent teams that collaborate around and with the clients and families to provide support in various areas. At Team Familj, social workers specializing in income support, family homes, family law/parenting, substance abuse/dependency/illness and children and young people work with the aim of creating a functioning whole for the families we meet. WORK TASKS At Team Familj barn & unga, we are a group of social workers of different ages and with different previous professional experiences who together form a group where we complement the knowledge of the experienced with the new approaches of the slightly less experienced. Each cog is equally important in our wheels as we work to investigate the situation of children and young people as well as grant and follow up various forms of support measures. The tasks are varied, sometimes challenging but always meaningful. Our own supervisor provides a safe introduction for those who are new as well as close guidance in everyday life for those who feel more confident in the work. QUALIFICATIONS Regardless of who you are and what knowledge you bring, we are convinced that you will fit in and contribute important skills to the team. Of course, you should have a social work degree and a desire to support people in vulnerable situations, but the rest we solve together. We have a solid foundation of routines and established methods, but we also like to develop new ones and to develop our competencies through business intelligence and training. Of course, everyone who wants to works full-time, with flexible hours and the possibility of teleworking. Individual and family care has a local agreement on shortened working hours, which means that we work until 16:00 on all working days of the year but with retained salary for full-time work. We strive for an even gender and age distribution and see the strength in diversity, it is important that you can express yourself well in Swedish speech and writing, but it is also meritorious if you have knowledge of additional languages and/or experience of other cultures. A B driving license is a requirement. Scope of the post Normal working hours are between 07:45-16:00.
