The Individual and Family Care in Boden has an organization that aims to work with multi-competent teams that collaborate around and with the clients and families to provide support in various areas. Through the close collaboration of all the teams, it contributes to a safe as well as developing work environment for the employees. At Team Familj, social workers specializing in income support, family homes, family law/parenting, substance abuse/dependency/illness and children and young people work with the aim of creating a functioning whole for the families we meet. The family home team currently consists of three employees with broad professional experience who together possess great expertise. The scope of the position Individual and family care now applies working time reduction by one hour a day, during the project period until 2027-12-31. As an employee of Team Familj, you have a flexitime agreement and some opportunity to work remotely, the municipality also offers vacation exchange.
