We warmly welcome your application! Case management/exercise of public authority in accordance with applicable legislation and delegation. The main duties involve investigating, assessing, and deciding on social assistance under the Social Services Act within the areas of home care and nursing homes. QUALIFICATIONS A degree in social work or a college degree with a focus on social care, or another college degree deemed equivalent. Experience in exercising public authority within social work is a plus. A Class B driver’s license is required for this position. Qualities we are looking for in you: The job requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written. You have good teamwork skills, a responsive approach, and communicate clearly and effectively. In the role of a public official, you must be able to make objective and factual assessments and make clear decisions in accordance with applicable regulations and legal precedents. Social skills and empathy. Responsible and flexible. Good teamwork skills. A Class B driver’s license is required for this position. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
