Team Individ within Individual and Family Care works primarily with adults who, for various reasons, are in need of support and help to obtain a functioning life situation. The team consists of administrators with broad expertise in social work in general as well as cutting-edge expertise in income support, harmful use / addiction, young adults and LSS / social psychiatry.
We are looking for a social secretary specializing in adults for Team Individual based on one of our experienced employees taking the step up as team manager. The service includes handling cases regarding adults with preferably harmful use / addiction problems. Team Individual currently has 3.0 social secretaries working with adults and 2.0 positions with a focus on young adults as well as a 1st social secretary in the area on the authority side. They work in close collaboration with the other functions on the team, Team Support - our overall outpatient care, other authority teams and external collaboration partners.

Working conditions: Working hours 07:45-16.00. Employees are offered one wellness hour per week if the business allows.
WORK TASKS
Duties: You will work with the exercise of authority, i.e. investigate, assess and make decisions and be responsible for follow-ups and reviews of these decisions based on current legislation in the field, i.e. the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Act on the Care of Addicts in Certain Cases (LVM)). Documentation is a significant part of the work, as well as collaborating internally and externally in various constellations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications: Social worker training or other academic training deemed adequate by the employer. Knowledge and experience in the field of harmful use / addiction as well as experience of exercising authority is an advantage. We are looking for a structured, positive and flexible person who can contribute to the development of the organization, good cooperation and a good working environment. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Driving license B is required.
