JOB DUTIES Exercising official authority regarding foster care in accordance with applicable legislation, as well as guidelines and procedures. Monitoring children and youth placed in foster care. Recruiting and assessing foster families, contact families, and contact persons. Providing advice, support, and training to service providers. Drafting financial agreements. QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in social work, with a specialization in social work, and experience in exercising public authority. You must have strong collaborative skills, be responsible, able to work independently, and express yourself well both verbally and in writing. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. A driver’s license is required. We strive for a balanced gender and age distribution and recognize the strength of diversity; it is important that you can express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish, but knowledge of additional languages and/or experience with other cultures is also a plus.  Working hours: 7:45 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Business travel may be required.
