The tasks are varied, sometimes challenging but always meaningful. The team's employees are committed people who are driven to make a difference with their work. At Team Familj, you have close support from team managers in the daily work and colleagues who support each other and work together to improve our business. This position is one of two case managers who work to provide support to primarily adults with substance abuse/addiction and/or mental illness, there may also be elements of duties within the Violence in Close Relations area. As a new employee, you will receive an induction plan adapted to your needs, which aims to give you a safe training in the workplace and the tools you need in your daily work, also external case and process guidance and regular professional meetings with a focus on development. Some business trips may occur, we would like you to be part of the team that has authority readiness, but it is not a requirement. QUALIFICATIONS Sociology degree or other education deemed equivalent. Of course, everyone who wants to work full-time, with flextime and the possibility of remote work.
