WORK TASKS We are looking for you who want to work as a special educator or special teacher with us! In the role, you work both preventively and remeditively with a focus on students' learning and development. You contribute with special education expertise in the work of mapping, analyzing and following up students' needs for support and contribute to developing teaching, learning environments and working methods based on the students' different conditions. The assignment includes, among other things: - working with special educational interventions in, for example, language, writing and reading development, neuropsychiatric disabilities and/or mathematics development - assessing pupils' development and supporting the organization in choosing methods, working methods and adaptations - identify and support the development of the Swedish language in pupils whose mother tongue is not Swedish - participate actively in the school's student health team - work closely with the school's educators on issues relating to mapping, analysis, educational development work and supervision and coaching of colleagues - together with the school's special needs teacher and special education teacher, propose and design extra adjustments, special support and other solutions to give pupils the conditions to develop as far as possible in relation to the educational goals You work closely with the school's special needs teacher, special education teacher, student health, deputy principal and principal. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed teacher and have a degree in special education or special education teacher.
