The Employment and Education Administration has overall responsibility for integration, labor market, education and employment issues that affect our municipality's residents. The administration is also responsible for the Cultural School and the food supply and performs tasks for the medical and psychological part of student health in municipal preschool class, primary school, adapted primary school, upper secondary school and adapted upper secondary school. We have three after-school departments where the children have their education before and after the school day. We have parallel classes in each year group with comparatively high staff density. In this role, you work in teams together with special educators, special teachers and our entire student health team to create conditions for learning for our students. You are a qualified interlocutor in matters relating to children and students' language and math development. By analyzing students' results and mapping the school environment, you identify obstacles and opportunities, and propose interventions that support students' development, both at group and individual level. You will also work on teaching pupils during school hours, in homework groups, etc. You will build relationships, both internally and externally, characterized by mutual respect and trust, and you will meet pupils and guardians where they are. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a trained special needs teacher, you are collaborative, look at the whole of the common mission and are also independent and have the courage and ability to make your own decisions within the framework of your mission without being dependent on others.
