WORK TASKS We are looking for you who want to work as a school psychologist / special educator with us. As a school psychologist / special educator, you work primarily with creating conditions for participation, accessibility and inclusion for our students. You identify which interventions should be implemented, and work preventively to identify and remove obstacles in the students' various learning environments. You collaborate with all school staff to keep them updated on developments and actions that may need to be taken. You will work in teams with the Hedens School's special needs teacher and special education teacher. In close collaboration with the school management, the work teams and the school's student health team, you drive the school's student health work forward. You have an open mind and are constantly looking for new approaches to all the problems you encounter. QUALIFICATIONS We are primarily looking for you who have a special education degree or speech therapy training with experience of working in schools. Previous experience of working as a school speech therapist / special educator and teacher in primary school is an advantage. We want you to be open to varied working methods, collaboration and school development. In addition, you have good pedagogical insights and are well acquainted with the school's governing documents and systematic quality work.
